Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the carrier of your choice with tracking and drop-off without signature. Packages are dispatched via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS with required signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it involves additional costs. Whichever shipment choice you make, we'll provide you with a link to track your package online. When you place your order, you will be able to choose the delivery method calculated according to the amount of the order and the destination:

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are sized appropriately and your items are properly protected.



Return

If you are not satisfied with your order and would like a refund or an exchange, you have 14 days from delivery to return your parcel to us by the transport service of your choice by registered mail or with proof of delivery. Personalized items and all items made to customer specifications are excluded from the legal right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Make your return request via your customer account to obtain a return number and authorization. Pack the items correctly, in the original packaging, and include the returns form you will have downloaded once your returns request has been accepted. Then return your parcel, with proof of delivery (signature required), to the address in Belgium that will be sent to you by e-mail. Once we have received and examined your package, we will exchange or refund your order. Naturally, items must be returned in their original condition. Please note that only returns authorized by our customer service department will be accepted.

If you have paid shipping costs at the time of purchase, we will refund your order, excluding shipping costs. If you have retained part of your order, we will refund the full value of the returned item.

Of course, if the return is due to an error in the preparation of your order, the return costs will be at our expense, as long as you use the return label provided by our customer service department. Please note that packages returned "postage due" or "cash on delivery" are not accepted.
